Bush tucker is the food from the bush which is being collected. It grows all year and can be fruit, vegetables, seeds or insects. Some are collected in winter and some in summertime. Summertime we get bush bean, bush bananas, passionfruit. While in the cooler months bush tomatoes are growing, and bush raisins and bush potatoes are getting collected in July and August.
