Title: Collecting bush Plums

Four women, each with digging sticks are collecting bush plums (ankwerleye) We gather bush plum from a small shrub in the bush when we go hunting. We use a coolamon when gathering it up. When it is ripe the plum is black and tastes sweeter at this time. We usually eat the plumb straight off the bush and don’t bother storing it.
