“That is aherr-aherr (pronounced ar-ra-ah-ra). It’s a bush medicine. It grows our like this along the ground, out sideways, at swampy areas where the mulga trees make a floodway. When they dry its like this, yellowish colour and purple flower too. Its good for our headaches, we rub ourselves with its little melons. After we go out hunting and its hot and you get headaches, you can rub yourself with this. And kangaroos love them and their seeds inside.”
